MTN Nigeria has issued a heartfelt apology to its customers after facing significant backlash for unexpectedly raising the price of its 15GB digital bundle plan by 200%.
The telecommunications giant acknowledged that the price hike was a mistake and reassured its subscribers that it will make better decisions moving forward.
“In this season of love, we hope you won’t hold a grudge against us. Please forgive and let go. You mean everything to us, and we’ll keep showing you just how much,” MTN expressed.
