Senate President Godswill Akpabio has asserted that the social and economic challenges currently facing Nigerians cannot be blamed on President Bola Tinubu’s government.
Speaking at the UNICAL ’87 Law Class reunion over the weekend, Akpabio stated, “The difficulties we are experiencing today are not a result of the current administration; they stem from years of mismanagement. Any nation lacking essential infrastructure and failing to save for challenging times will inevitably suffer during global economic downturns like the one we are witnessing.
The positive news is that under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, there is hope, and we can see light at the end of the tunnel. The initiatives we are implementing now are for future generations, not just for ourselves. Rest assured, this administration is committed to leaving a legacy that will secure a better future.”
