UPDATE: Today, Governor of Lagos State, Mr. @jidesanwoolu, took a significant step in enhancing public safety by handing over over 250 brand new patrol vehicles, along with cutting-edge hardware, communication gadgets, and protective gear, to the Lagos State Police. This move is aimed at significantly boosting security operations across the state and ensuring better protection for residents.
The handover took place during the 18th Annual Town Hall Meeting on Security, organized by the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, where Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of continued investment in law enforcement to maintain peace and order in the state. This initiative marks a major investment in security infrastructure and aims to enhance the efficiency of police operations in tackling crime.
