IDF troops conducted operations near the Litani River in Lebanon on Tuesday, marking the first time in over 20 years that Israeli soldiers have reached the area.
Based on intelligence, the troops launched raids targeting multiple terror infrastructures in the region. They engaged in close-quarters combat, destroying dozens of rocket launchers and a large stockpile of rockets and missiles.
Additionally, the military reported that troops demolished weapons storage sites hidden in the mountainside.
Operations in the Saluki Area
In the southern region of Lebanon, IDF forces also carried out operations in the Saluki area, seizing weapons and dozens of ready-to-use rocket launchers.
